Referral Information

To be eligible for a referral reward your referral must book a check up and cleaning appointment and mention your name when booking. Both you and your referral will receive a $25 gift card once they attend their first appointment. When referring family, if appointments are booked at the same time you will receive a referral reward for each member once their appointment has been completed.

Referring patients are welcome to refer their family including spouses/significant others but children of a referring patient will not be considered for a reward. Rewards will be mailed out at the end of each month to eligible patients.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the program, either temporarily or permanently (or any part thereof), with or without notice. We reserve the right to amend, modify or waive these Terms and Conditions at any time in its sole discretion.

Referral FAQ

Who can participate in the program?

Any current or past patient of Summerlea Dental can participate in our referral program.

How do I ensure my referrals are tracked?

Make sure your friend or family member mentions your name when they book their first appointment. All of our referred patients are tracked in our practice management system and a report is printed monthly. As long as your referral mentions your name when booking you will be on that list!

What or Who is considered a successful referral?

A successful referral:

1. is when a new patient books a check up and cleaning appointment using your name as a referral source.

2. is when your referred patient attends their first check up and cleaning appointment.

3. can be a friend, coworker, family member, husband, etc.

4. cannot be a child of a referring patient under the age of 18yrs or who currently lives at the same address.

If I refer a family do I get a referral reward for each family member?

Yes, if during the first contact your referral books check up and cleaning appointments for their family, you will receive a reward for each completed appointment. But please note, if a family books with children, only children over the age of 18 and living at a separate address will receive a reward.

How will I receive my reward (s)?

Rewards are mailed out on a monthly basis to the home address on file so make sure we have the correct address and update it as necessary.

What is the reward?

Both the referred and the referring will receive a $25 gift card to a locally owned business in Edmonton or surrounding area.
